* 9 October: State-level seminar on the life and work of Acharya P C Ray. Speakers: Prof. Animesh Chakravorty, Prof. Dhrubojyoti Mukherjee and Ashis Lahiri. An All Bengal Committee was also formed with Prof. Animesh Chakravorty as the President and Prof. Pradip Dutta as the Secretary.
